Trevor Sorbie with dog walkers
Trevor Sorbie MBE, his wife Carole and his ridiculously cute pooch Lisbon led a charity dog walk in Trevor’s local town of Gosport, in aid of his hair loss charity mynewhair.
Walkies for mynewhair, which raised £2,000, saw over 80 people and their dogs from across Hampshire embark on a one-mile walk along Gosport’s Stokes Bay Beach promenade to support people suffering hair loss from cancer or alopecia.
mynewhair
Trevor founded mynewhair, in 2006, in memory of his sister-in-law, Jackie, who lost her hair while undergoing chemotherapy for bone cancer. As well as training over 1,000 stylists to support those with medical hair loss he also offers a free wig customisation service in his own home primarily to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in Hampshire.
