A round of applause for Brendan O’Sullivan who has just been awarded Darkus Magazine’s male hairstylist of the year for 2022. Brendan has been styling for Darkus Magazine for several years and is responsible for creating the hair on many of their front covers.
Darkus is a music, fashion and lifestyle magazine who say “The annual Darkus Awards are a chance to relive the special moments we’ve had as a magazine, and pay tribute to some of the amazing and inspirational people we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with.”
Cover features that Brendan has worked on for Darkus include talent such as Nicola Coughlan, Hayley Squires, Darci Shaw, Bellsavvy and Rika. In addition to session styling, Brendan is a successful salon owner alongside his business partner Wendy Higgins. Their salon Brendan O’Sullivan Hair and Beauty has been the leading salon in Amersham for over 17 years, recognised for exceptional service, team development and creative vision.
