Paramount Business success

Over 40 salon owners enjoyed a day of inspiring, interactive management education hosted at Laceys Studio last week. Led by Unite founder & CEO Andrew Dale. The UK’s first ‘Paramount Business’ course covered how to create a mission statement, developing your brand, finding, engaging and retaining your team, raising ticket prices and much more.

Dale has 44 years of industry experience. He previously owned five salons with over 120 hairdressers working with him; he understands exactly what salons go through on a daily basis. Dale began as an apprentice with Vidal Sassoon aged 16, became a stylist by 18 and was doing session work with Vidal by age 20. Soon after, he was asked to relocate to the US working in New York and Beverly Hills. Dale continued on to open his own five salons in Los Angeles and San Diego. After taking a short time away from the educational arena, Dale created Unite – ‘Uniting hairdressers together to make the industry a better place’.

The feedback

“I’ve had the pleasure of attending a couple of Unite Hair Paramount Business courses with Dale in the US and have implemented his ideas into my successful salon. Dale is a constant inspiration with a deep understanding of the industry. It was great to share yesterday with him and all the other course delegates, be reminded of everything we’ve got right, and where we need to spin the plates faster. I always leave with a smart action plan, thank you!” – Brendan O’Sullivan, Brendan O’Sullivan Hair & Beauty Amersham

“Thank you to the Laceys & Unite Hair team for hosting us. We found Dale a pleasure to listen to with a very good, precise, clearly defined presentation. Paramount Business will be a great tool to refer to and help get us back on track. We also really enjoyed listening and discussing our current industry issues with like-minded individuals. A refreshing and inspiring day.” – Trisha Buller,  Ciente Berkhamsted.

We hope to see more dates released for Paramount Business in the future.
