The LAB Sessions 2026 have kicked off with a continued focus on business for hairdressers. We know that sharing your insights, inspiration and business experiences is the best way to learn. Trust your instincts, talk to other hairdressers and salon owners going through similar market upheavals. It’s all about building community and striving to become more profitable and agile in a changing world!

We take up an informal space in a bar or pub, and invite you to join us to learn and share. The vibe is friendly – no question too stupid. This is a place for positive action to address your concerns. No politics, just plain good information.

Our next date is Tuesday 3rd February in Glasgow. The line up of speakers ensures there’s something for everyone. The chat upcoming is on employment models including a look at traditional salon teams or co-work spaces, plus all important questions on remaining profitable to build business, not simply survive.
