Jade Hayter – The Label: Your workwear glow-up

This December, Glasgow stylists and barbers are in for a treat. Jade Hayter – The Label is taking over The 145 Collective for a whole month, giving hair pros the chance to get hands-on with one of the coolest new fashion movements in hairdressing and barbering.

This isn’t just a “have a look and leave” kind of pop-up… It’s a try-it-on, feel-the-quality, move-around-in-it experience. Jade’s pieces are made from premium, durable, bleach-proof fabrics, and you can honestly only appreciate them properly in person. Feel the weight, check the fit, see how the garments move with you. It’s the perfect chance to build a work wardrobe that actually works for you.

If you don’t know the story: Jade Hayter — a hairdresser and owner of The 145 Collective — created the label to fill a pretty big gap in the industry. For years, workwear has basically been plain uniforms or merch-style apparel. Jade’s collection changes the game with clothes that look amazing for shoots, classes, events and stage work, but can still survive bleach, colour splashes and the chaos of a real working day.

So whether you’re filming content, teaching a class, working a show, or jumping behind the chair, these pieces keep you looking sharp — minus the outfit changes and ruined clothes.

Jade says:
“I’m so excited to bring this collection home to Glasgow for the pop-up. We created clothing that elevates the look and feel of barbering and hairdressing — pieces that are stylish, practical, and made to last. This industry deserves apparel that performs without compromising creativity, quality, or sustainability.”
