Leah Durrant is a hairdresser and salon owner, having started out as a junior at Toni&Guy and progressing first to be an art director, then salon owner of Essensuals in Guildford by the age of 24. More adventures came then she moved onto owning her own salons starting with her first in 2019. Today Leah is a trained business coach and as well as running her own salons, works to support owners and hairdressers across all marketing needs from financial to social.
In this episode of the Respectfully podcast, host Nicky Pope asked Leah what is preoccupying business owners and team leaders most, and what are the biggest pitfalls to opening your own business. Listen to her advice and gain inspiration for your own journey in business.
