Believe it or not, this fibre-optic, robotic collection showcased at the B.I.G Tease hair show was being controlled by creator Norm Wright, using a bluetooth adapter from the audience. Now that’s moving with the times. Run by Canadian magazine Efe, the Toronto show invites the city’s top stylists, barbers and make-up artists to collaborate and push the boundaries of creativity to the max. Injecting a little life into the proceedings with his collection this year, Norm and his side-kick Melissa Stetski of Collum Fabrica, sent their models on to the stage with Mohawks, that changed into up-dos when they pushed a button on the temple. All the while Norm controlled the colour changes from his phone.
