Positivity and good vibes oozed from London salon group owner Gina Conway as she stepped on the LAB stage. What an absolute pleasure it was listening to her talk about how to up-the-ante when it comes to her salon’s luxe appeal. Referring to clients as her guests and her stylists as day-makers, every effort is made to make those visiting feel at home. Gone is the reception desk – everything from consultation to payment and re-booking is done at the chair, and every effort is made to promote relaxation. “We offer luxury services that take clients through their senses, explains Gina. “To do so, we ensure our salons look amazing and smell delicious.
