Get ready for the IPCC

The International Precision Cutting Championship is almost here, and we are excited to be a media partner for our second year in a row. The IPCC kicks off on 24th May inviting hairdressers of all levels and abilities to take part.

The competition is completely free to enter and is run across instagram. For round 1, stylists will need to perform a round graduation haircut on a doll-head. Next, you will need to upload three photos to Instagram using #IPCChampionshipUK. The three photos must be different angles of the haircut. The competition is simple and easy to enter; also a great way to get some recognition for your talent.

When all entries have been received on 20th June, there will be a week of judging. Ten successful candidates will be selected to compete in round 2 where they will do a second haircut on a doll-head – this time a triangle graduation.

Enter from 24th May

  • Present a round graduation on a doll-head
  • Snap three different angles of the cut
  • Upload the three photos to instagram using #IPCChampionshipuk
  • Entries close on 20th June
  • Round 2 finalists to be announced on 28th June

Best of luck to you all. Time to get snipping and find out who this years IPCC winner will be!
