Wowser! For its Fall-Winter 2018 collection, French brand René Furterer has released a set of portraits that make us look twice, then look again. With a focus on hair colour and condition, the hair is given a variety of nuances and intense tones to create a ‘gallery of contemporary masterpieces’. It’s brave, but superbly effective for the mastery of capturing hair that moves (avoiding any suggestion these are mannekins) – much more difficult to achieve than you’d imagine.
