Fellowship for British Hairdressing launches its annual Salon Awards

As salons and stylists across the country navigate the new normal, the Fellowship for British Hairdressing is continuing to celebrate the professionalism and perseverance of the industry with the launch of its annual Salon Awards.

Open to all members of the Fellowship, the Individual Salon of the Year and Salon of the Year categories seek to recognise outstanding achievement in business – and in a challenging year, there’s never been a better chance to stand out and make your mark.

Whether your team has defied the odds with record-breaking retail during lockdown, transformed front-line workers in a feel-good makeover session, or you’ve simply got down to business and continued to grow and thrive during the most challenging year in living memory – this is your chance to stand out and shine. Are you a member? Go on then! Enter!

In order to make the awards as accessible as possible for everyone to enter, the Fellowship is requesting digital entries only, with the option to include videos or presentations to get your story across in a creative, visual way.

All the details you need

The two categories open for entry are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL SALON OF THE YEAR

Open to all Fellowship members with one salon, whether they are franchisees or the salon is privately owned.

SALON GROUP OF THE YEAR

2019 Salon Awards winners

Open to all Fellowship members with two or more salons.

Entries can be creative and personal, but should be packed full of information covering:

  • How the business has navigated the last few months, and any dynamic changes or systems you’ve introduced to thrive in challenging times.
  • How the Fellowship for British Hairdressing has helped your business be successful and why your membership matters.
  • Why your business stands out and what you’re doing to stay ahead of the competition and thrive as we navigate the new normal.

The awards are open to Fellowship for British Hairdressing members only. Entries must be digital and submitted to carol@fellowshiphair.com. The entry deadline is Friday 30 October 2020. Good luck!
