Huge congratulations the Electric London team, which has just held it’s first global summit. Guests from across the UK, America and Canada attended the four-day event, which had an action packed itinerary incorporating look and learn seminars, educational events, a creative photoshoot and networking.
Hosted by Electric London’s Founder and International Creative Director, Mark Woolley, the summit took place at Electric’s new HQ at Falmer Court; a spacious barn surrounded by acres of beautiful land near Brighton, which encompasses the Electric London studio, academy and offices.
Let the summit commence
On arrival to the summit, guests attended a late afternoon soiree to meet one another and be welcomed by Mark and the head office team. The next day guests were invited to an Electric London shoot day; art directed by Mark Woolley. Attendees had the chance to produce professional imagery on a full working shoot, with professional models and photographer Kenny McCracken. The second day was all about the Electric Summer Sessions party held in the majestic Great Thatched Barn – a one day festival style party with hundreds of hairdressers, journalists and industry influencers in attendance.
The third day saw guests join the Electric Team for presentations of seasonal styles. The day covered everything from cutting and hair ups to styling and colour, using the Electric Professional Products. Last but not least, day four saw guests attend an up close and personal seminar with renowned LA-based educator DJ Muldoon and Mark with the Electric London Artistic Team. DJ took to the stage to demonstrate his much-sought after Knowledge Destroys Fears hair cutting methods, whilst the experienced and creative Electric London team presented their latest hair styling techniques and trends.
What a whirlwind, inspirational four days. Bring on next year!
