Authentic Beauty Concept and Melissa Timperley at Fashion Week

Melissa Timperley, session stylist and owner of Melissa Salons, created super-cool hair looks for the Aadnevik SS24 show at London Fashion Week with Authentic Beauty Concept. We love that the inspiration was 90’s, Charlie’s Angels vibes. Melissa wanted effortless hair that flowed as the models walked down the catwalk. Read on as we break down this super-cool catwalk look so you can recreate it for clients.

Hair details by Melissa Timperley

  • The hair needs as much root lift as possible to allow for movement. To achieve this Melissa and the team used the Authentic Beauty Concept Nymph Salt Spray and Nude Powder.
  • Then they tonged and set hair with Authentic Beauty Concept working hair spray. This allowed them to tease the hair out and create the Charlie’s Angels vibe.

Melissa says: “The London Fashion Week show was incredible. With Aadnevik being a sustainable fashion brand, it was a perfect match for Authentic Beauty Concept and the designers were wonderful. They wanted a 90s Charlie’s Angel blow out but more modern, and the final looks were gorgeous”
