Jo Martin & Melissa Timperley are renowned good communicators in the hairdressing industry, as educators and leaders. But how have they found the challenge of communicating effectively during the past 12 months? The ladies join Respectfully hosts Nicky Pope and Lauren Stone to talk about the ways in which we’ve all had to raise our game for social and business building. Candid and engaging, it’s a conversation that is uplifting yet realistic.
