Ashleigh Hodges and Lisa Farrall join Nicky Pope and Lauren Stone talking about mental health to raise awareness of the pressures of staying home during Lockdown.

Ashleigh Hodges is Chancellor of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing and as an eminent colourist is a global ambassador for Davines, and a director of the @hairdotcomartteam. She is based in London and spending Lockdown with her partner Tom (also a hairdresser). Used to travelling and planning her own work time, Ashleigh is currently undertaking #12monthsofsustainability and very aware of her own mental health and helpful in suggesting ways to cope.

Lisa Farrall is a session stylist with a broad range of experience working in fashion and music. She is the founder of Wig London, and education and agency based on the concept of ‘texture neutral’ hairdressing – promoting the message that every hairdresser should be able to do every hair type, whatever the texture. This Spring Lisa has been named a brand ambassador for Matrix.
