Jo Irving is a hairdresser and a salon owner. But she’s so much more. Like many successful people in our industry, Jo has carved out a career based on experience and passion which now embraces many more ways of working than being just a hairdresser. Her space in Reigate, Surrey is called the Loft and here you’ll find somewhere to access mindful activities, yoga, learning, mentorship, education and, yes, great hair services.

In this podcast, Jo shares with Respectfully host Nicky Pope, the journey to becoming a business coach (a current education initiative is CEO, Darling), and mentor. Jo is the mother of reinvention – your reinvention! Listen to the conversation which talks through the melding of hairdressing with wellness, the need to ramp up your business nous in order to survive and thrive, and ideas on what the future brings.
