Hairslydz was founded by hairstylist Andy Smith as he grew sick of constantly searching the internet for cool, on-trend, well-made hair accessories that worked for his clients. He was looking for products that deliver in not only looks but longevity too – not grips that fail, slides that don’t sit flush to the head and slip down and scrunchies that are too small to hold a pony which let down both you and your hair. Recognising this sizeable gap in the market, Andy spent time researching, creating, redesigning and perfecting his own diverse range of quality, reinvented hair accessories, Hairslydz – A brand created by hairdressers for hairdressers – AT LAST!

The inspiration and passion for Hairslydz comes from London stylist Andy Smith – with over 20 years of hairstyling expertise Andy knows a thing or two about style and fashion. Andy is renowned for his editorial fashion looks and creativity, which take him around the world to runway shows, shoots for magazines such as Vogue, international movie sets and advertising campaigns. Andy says “It feels amazing to finally be able to provide hairdressers with an accessory range that they can really trust. We spent 18 months redesigning and perfecting Hairslydz to ensure that they were of the best quality, yet affordable and able to be worn by everyone no matter what their hair type. The range includes endless options and is also versatile so can be functional, fashionable or worn however you wish.”
