Working to improve and grow the industry in a myriad of ways, the National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) is ever-supportive of the Hair & Beauty Charity. Keeping close to the work of this vital charity, the NHBF announces Louise Fordham as taking over the organisation’s representation. The change comes as Caroline Larissey, Chief Executive of NHBF, steps back from this role to focus on her leadership responsibilities within the federation.

Louise Fordham
Owner of Rugby E Hairdressing, Louise Fordham brings a wealth of experience and passion for the hair and beauty sector to this position. She and her husband opened their salon in 2000, and became independent in 2019. Louise says her focus is on creating a positive work environment, nurturing employees, and engaging with the community.
Her appointment ensures that the NHBF will continue to provide strong support and collaboration with the Hair and Beauty Charity, which offers assistance to hair and beauty professionals facing difficult times.
Caroline Larissey, Chief Executive of NHBF, tells us: “We are delighted to have Louise represent us at the Hair and Beauty Charity. Her expertise and enthusiasm will undoubtedly strengthen our partnership with this vital organisation. As I concentrate on leading the NHBF, I’m confident that Louise will excel in this role and further our shared goals.”
“The NHBF remains committed to supporting the Hair and Beauty Charity’s mission and looks forward to the fresh perspectives and ideas that Louise Fordham will bring to this important relationship.”
