Caroline Larrisey, NHBF’s director of quality and standards, has been recognised on the first-ever Powerlist, which celebrates inspirational women in Trade Associations. Fantastic to have the hard work of women highlighted in the way they deserve.
Women in Trade Associations Powerlist
The Trade Associations Federation (TAF), Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), joined forces to create the Women in Trade Associations Powerlist. The aim is to champion the role of women in trade associations and celebrate their achievements. This is definitely an initiative worth praise and support. With over 200 nominations and 100 spaces on the list, it’s an honour to see Caroline Larrisey’s name making the cut.

NHBF
In her current role with the NHBF, Caroline is a conduit between Government and the industry. In other words, she provides a link between the two sectors, ensuring information passes between each smoothly; a pretty important role if you ask us.
Caroline’s roles and skills have grown and excelled over the years; she has inspired those in the hair, beauty and aesthetic sector across the UK. Caroline is instrumental within the industry and strives to be the driving force behind the development of standards, quality, and guidance to support the value and recognition of the sector. A name to look up to!
