Flowers in fall I hear you say? Actually, yes. Forget the blossoms of Spring, flowers appear to be in full bloom in hair this Autumn too.
Dolce & Gabanna
Fresh from the runway at Dolce & Gabanna NYFW SS19, to supermodel Helena Christensen’s mauve crown on the cover of Tatler‘s December issue, it’s blooming marvellous out there. And I have to say we’re rather loving it. Check out songstress Cardi B’s (left) rather subtle take on the look at the American Music Awards. Not!!
Rodarte
Following a two-year hiatus, Rodarte designers made a dramatic return to the NYFW SS19 runways, with a little – actually make that a lot – of help, from super stylist Odile Gilbert and some amazing flower-power headpieces. Far from shriveling after the show however, you will now find the designer’s stunning work, flowers and all, displayed in an exhibition at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington D.C.
Now, of course, we aren’t suggesting you plonk a full on bouquet on your client’s head, but don’t just reserve flowers for your brides. Surely an accent of this fresh 
and beautiful trend would be a breath of fresh air to all your female clients. Especially those looking to accessories for the party season. We’re already loving some of the influences we’ve seen filter down to Instagram (left).
