TONI&GUY Enters a New Era Under the Leadership of Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck

TONI&GUY Global Group has announced a significant change in ownership and leadership, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of the most recognised names in professional hairdressing.

The business, founded in London in 1963 by brothers Toni and Guy Mascolo, is now under the majority ownership and full voting control of Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck at both Board and shareholder level. At the same time, LABEL.M, the professional haircare brand co-founded by Sacha and her father Toni Mascolo, is now wholly owned and fully controlled by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck.

The move brings both businesses under a unified leadership structure, creating a clear direction for future growth while building on the legacy that has shaped generations of hairdressers worldwide.

A Legacy of Innovation

Over the past six decades, TONI&GUY has grown from a single London salon into a globally recognised brand with an international network of salons, academies and professional partnerships.

The Mascolo family has long been recognised for its influence on the professional hair industry, helping to drive innovation in education, creativity and business development. Under the leadership of the late Toni Mascolo, the brand became a pioneer of the franchise model, creating opportunities for thousands of hairdressers across the world and helping establish TONI&GUY as one of the industry’s most influential organisations.

A Vision for the Future

Speaking about the announcement, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck described the moment as both personal and transformative.

“This is both a deeply personal and incredibly exciting moment. We are honouring everything that has made TONI&GUY what it is today, while setting a clear course for the future.”

With more than 35 years of experience across the business, Sacha says her focus is on preserving the company’s heritage while evolving it into a more connected, innovative and digitally integrated organisation.

“As majority shareholder of TONI&GUY Global Group and owner of LABEL.M, I have a clear vision: to build on our heritage while evolving into a more connected, innovative and digitally integrated global business.”

She added:

“This isn’t simply the next chapter – it’s the new book. We are building on an extraordinary foundation to create a more integrated, agile and future-ready organisation, one that continues to lead the industry globally.”

Building the Next Generation of Professional Hair

Looking ahead, the Group’s strategy centres on strengthening its position within the global professional hair sector through creativity, education and innovation.

The vision includes continued investment in salon excellence, education, digital integration and business growth, while maintaining the values that have defined the TONI&GUY brand for more than 60 years.

According to the Group, future plans will focus on growing both TONI&GUY and LABEL.M through a high-performance culture, enhanced support for salons and professionals, and a commitment to empowering future generations of hairdressers.

Further announcements regarding strategic initiatives and investment priorities are expected in the coming months.
