The LAB is heading back to London on Tuesday 27 October, and we’re delighted to welcome Olaplex as our sponsor! We’re bringing together seven brilliant industry voices for an evening of education, inspiration and honest conversation. Come and join us!
The LAB is all about sharing knowledge and experiences to help hairdressers thrive. From salon business and apprenticeships to session styling and hair texture, we believe some of the best learning happens when we get together and talk.
Our format is informal. We take over a bar, invite a line-up of industry experts to share. No big stage dividing speakers from the audience. Just good information, fresh perspectives and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Welcome Olaplex!
We’re thrilled to have Olaplex supporting our London LAB Session. Education has always been at the heart of what we do, so it’s fantastic to have the backing of a brand that shares our enthusiasm for helping hairdressers grow.
And there’s a little something extra for the Respect community! Olaplex is offering 20% off at Aston & Fincher with code RespectLAB2026. A great opportunity to stock up!favourites.
