Phenix Salon Suites launches Phenix Grant

Phenix Salon Suites, the pioneering boutique suite concept for independent salon professionals, has launched the Phenix Grant, an innovative competition designed to discover and support new talent within the hair and beauty industries. This initiative is set to coincide with the grand openings of the brand’s new locations in Liverpool and Nottingham.

The Phenix Grant

The Phenix Grant invites established hairstylists and beauty professionals who are dreaming of owning their business to participate in a competition reminiscent of the popular TV show ‘Dragon’s Den’. This opportunity is aimed at individuals who are eager to bring innovative concepts and entrepreneurial flair to the forefront of the hair and beauty sectors, and who are ready to take their next step in business.

John Gillespie, Managing Director of Phenix Salon Suites UK/Europe, expressed his enthusiasm: “We’re thrilled to roll out the Phenix Grant alongside our expansion into Liverpool and Nottingham. Our mission is to unearth and nurture the hair and beauty entrepreneurs of tomorrow. We’re offering a launchpad not just through financial support but also by embedding our winners in a community that champions growth and creativity.”

Be in it to win it!

Each winner of the Phenix Grant will receive a full year of rent-free operation within the Phenix luxurious suite locations, personalised business advice from John and his experienced team, and access to an ongoing series of business and creative education seminars designed to ensure sustained success, all worth over an incredible £30,000. These grants will be available across new Phenix Salon Suites locations, meaning the company will be investing over £100,000 into the UK hair and beauty industry over the next 12 months.

How to enter

Entrants are tasked with submitting initial proposals that focus on innovation, sustainability, and enhancing the client experience, and successful applicants will then have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a discerning panel of business experts, where they will be judged on creativity, viability, market potential, and presentation skills.

“We’re inviting passionate professionals to step forward and turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality,” added John. “We’re not looking for people with a bank-ready business plan, it’s about passion, creativity and drive and a chance to be part of a supportive ecosystem that values independence and creativity.”

Prospective participants can find more details and submit their applications through the official Phenix Salon Suites website HERE.
