New Collection, New team

MOOD Hair Colour has unveiled its 2026 Lifestyle Team, following a standout day of blind auditions at Blank Space Creative. Designed to spotlight and nurture emerging talent, the initiative brings together a new wave of artists who will work alongside Creative Director Tracey Ann Smith across a year of creative and educational projects.

Finalists were challenged to deliver a complete cut, colour and style to a set brief, judged on technical ability, creativity and overall vision. The result is a carefully curated team that reflects the energy and direction of the brand today β€” forward-thinking, collaborative and rooted in strong technical foundations.

The Lifestyle Team

The 2026 Lifestyle Team includes Billy Dodds, Connie Graham, Connor McIntyre, Kate Ledbrook, Nicole Cain and Danielle Laverty, joining existing member Danielle to form a dynamic and diverse collective. Over the coming months, the team will take part in advanced training, photoshoots, industry events and creative collaborations, building both their individual profiles and the wider MOOD community.

New Collection

At the centre of this momentum is Tracey Ann Smith, whose influence continues to shape the brand’s creative output. Alongside mentoring the new team, she has also introduced a new collection that reflects MOOD’s evolving aesthetic β€” modern, wearable and technically refined, with an emphasis on individuality and expression.

This is an exciting new chapter for MOOD, reinforcing its commitment to creativity, education and community within the professional hair industry.
