Kudos to Kerry Mather, owner of KJM salons who has been announced as an international finalist in the 2021 Australian Hair Industry Awards. The Fleet salon owner has been celebrating her accomplishment in style since she received the news.
Thrilled with her achievement, Kerry said: “Following a year of so much global uncertainty; I am delighted that my creativity and skill has been recognised by the AHIA judges. I’m so lucky to be part of the wonderful worldwide community that is hairdressing . Despite everything this year has thrown at us, we have pulled together and supported one another throughout. I feel very proud of what I have been able to achieve this year and can’t wait to tune into the awards ceremony.”
The International Hairdresser of the Year 2021 will be announced at the AHIA Creative Gala Night of Nights on Monday 14th June at Star Casino in Sydney. Best of luck to Kerry and all the other talented finalists. We can already tell the judges will have their work cut out.
