Congratulations to Joseph Ferraro, who has been named ambassador for Authentic Beauty Concept.
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Joseph has been based in the UK for 15 years, during which time, he’s developed a well-earned reputation as a creative, inspirational hairdresser with a generous approach to education.
Northern Hairdresser of the Year
Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Joseph owns two eponymous salons, with a team of 15 stylists and colourists. As well as putting the area on the map with his acclaimed salons, Joseph confirmed his status as the region’s go-to hair expert when he won North Eastern Hairdresser of the Year.
Away from his business, Joseph is dedicated to education and developing his skills across all areas of hairdressing. A former member of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s prestigious F.A.M.E. Team, Joseph continues to mentor young hairdressers through the organisation’s education evenings and live shows. Joseph also works backstage at London Fashion Week, and is a regular on shoots, shows and sets across the country.
