Jake Nugent joins Osmo

Professional haircare brand OSMO has appointed Middlesbrough based, expert colourist, Jake Nugent as a Brand Ambassador. After taking the plunge to become self-employed four years ago, Jake is overjoyed at the prospect of the new partnership with industry colour giants, OSMO.

Following a traditional route into the industry, studying for his level 2 and 3 qualifications and becoming an apprentice at Zed Hairdressing, Middlesbrough, after five years Jake knew that it was now or never for him to take the plunge and go at it alone.  He started to throw himself into social media, building an impressive following and a name for himself. Now with celebrity clients such as Reality TV stars Becca Edwards and Amelia Lily, he is well on his way to becoming one of the top colourists in the North East.

A fan of the brand for many years, Jake is thrilled to become part of the OSMO family where he is optimistic for many more opportunities to help grow in his career, “I love the OSMO team, and they have all welcomed me with opened arms and have already made me feel part of the family. The product range is huge, so there is no way you will not find something to suit your client’s needs whether that’s more natural tones or standout vibrants.”

Jake Nugent 1Jake is excited to continue to create his signature balayage, root smudge, and simple everyday colour looks with the “amazing products” in the OSMO range and says that the three products he simply could not live without would be the OSMO Free Hand Balayage Bleach, the OSMO Super Silver Shampoo, and the OSMO Intensive Deep Repair Mask.

“We’re delighted to welcome Jake into the OSMO family and know that with his fresh perspective and creative visions, 2021 is going to be a great year for the brand. Jake’s outstanding colouring talent, creative mind and positive attitude, made him an obvious choice and we’re excited to see what he can bring to the brand.” OSMO Brand Manager, Sinéad Mclaughlin concludes.
