Last week we were invited to the Headmasters Award 2024, and what a blinding night it was. Held at the Battersea Evolution. 800 team members gathered to celebrate their achievements from the past 12 months.
Hosted by celebrity comedian Tom Allen, the evening combined high-energy excitement with heartfelt recognition of outstanding achievements. The evening began with a breathtaking hair presentation by the Headmasters Creative Ambassadors and Artistic Team, celebrated for their cutting-edge styles and visionary artistry. Led by Creative Ambassador Clare Hansford, the show drew inspiration from the concept of dreams. Aptly titled “Dreams May Not Be Real Life… But Dream Hair IS Life!”, the presentation featured an array of avant-garde masterpieces, including oversized hair creations, sleek and sensual designs, and intricate, imaginative styles showcased on nine stunning models.
Awards that inspire
The evening celebrated the breadth of talent within Headmasters, from the visionary stylists in the Photographic Awards to the business powerhouses driving in-salon success. The most anticipated award of the night, Headmasters Salon of the Year, was awarded to the salon that excelled throughout 2024 and exceeded by the highest % on their annual targets.
The final highlight of the night was the “Every Colour Counts” live raffle, where every colour appointment booked throughout the year gave stylists tickets into the live draw on the night and a chance to win the ultimate prize: £10,000 to spend at Selfridges.
