We get it. You’re passionate about hair – we are too – but have you ever stopped to think about how much your work life affects your relationships?
The results of a survey just in from savoystewart.co.uk has got us thinking, with 25% of participants identifying work stress to have a negative impact on their relationships. Out of the 1,124 participants (56% women, 44% men) 21% admitted they were too tired after work to make time for their relationships, while 13% went so far as to say they would prioritise work over their partner. And when asked if they would quit their job to save their relationship, the majority (54%) said no (insert sad face emoji).
It’s not all doom an gloom however. There’s a little light at the end of the tunnel for all you salon educators out there, as the survey reveals 66% of those in the education sector find that their work has a positive impact on their relationships.
