He’s taking over the world! Cos Sakkas is the global creative director of Toni & Guy, and just scooped Styling Collection of the Year at the One Shot Awards in Texas. Another international award added to his collection…very impressive. Cos won the title with his Vertigo collection, which also won him titles: Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards 2022 and International Hairdresser of the Year 2022 and 2023 at the IHAs. His photographer Jack Eames has to be applauded, too, of course!

Cos says: “Waking up to hear that I won the Big Shot International Styling Collection of the Year was an amazing start to the week! I’m proud to be flying the flag for British hairdressing worldwide and to be part of an industry that continues to be creative and inspiring.”
One Shot Awards were created in 2015 by behindthechair.com. The founder & CEO Mary Rector says they celebrate real artists working ‘behind the chair’ every day in salons worldwide. #ONESHOT, everyone sees the competition.
