We have exciting news if you’re around this Friday looking for something fun and creative to do. Bebop presents Haircrafting is a special live hairdressing event featuring women, non-binary and queer hair artists. The best part? It’s free! Because Bebop says it likes to do things differently.
Bebop encourages you to pop into their North London Salon Friday 13th October from 7-10pm. There will be a super-cool line up of women, non-binary and queer hair artists.

You’ll be treated to an energetic line up of incredible talent ready to share their knowledge with you in this entertainment-packed night. Anthony Murtagh, senior stylist at Bebop, is hosting with support from R+Co. From texture and short-hair experts to colour afficionados and session stylists, this is a line-up you won’t want to miss.
The vibe will be chill with a bar, great music and an epic crowd. Just show up on the night – no ticket necessary.

Rosie Grace

Sofia Geideby
Sofia Geideby is a creative soul with her strength in colour and styling. She lives her craft and is the owner and creative director at Little Faktory Stockholm. Sofia is the L’Oréal Style & Colour Trophy Nordic Winner 2023 and Hairdresser of the Year Avantgarde winner in Sweden this year. You can see her work @sofiageideby
Peachsodaa
Tegan aka Peachsodaa is a queer hair artist from Brighton. She’s renowned for her unmistakeable colourful branding and hair work as well and her outspoken nature. She’s passionate about using her platform to create positive change in the hair industry and spread awareness on the many social injustices we face in the world. Lydia Wolfe
Lydia Wolfe is the co-owner of Jack & the Wolfe and Jack & the Wolfe Education and is a KMS guest artist as well as a member of the Goldwell Global Color Collective. You can see Lydia’s work @lydwolfehair
Mullet Babyy
Jem is a creative cutting specialist with over five years of experience. She’s dedicated her time mastering the art of precision and construction behind creative styles. Jem is based in Haco Hair + Nails in Shoreditch. Go to @mulletbabyy for more info
Jen Ball
Jen started her first job as a stylist at Laundry in Sheffield late 2019. Since then, she has built a following of mostly curly haired rascals that mirror the silliness and joy she brings to the industry. Her nostalgic yet current haircuts are recognisable from across the bar or library- so much so that it ends up bringing her clients together as friends. Her haircuts last a year, if need be, meaning every day brings new clients, mostly funnelled through TikTok. Keri Blue
As the founder of Human First, Keri works to help businesses create safe and inclusive spaces. As part of this they offer professional education and business tools that advocate, respect, and support the well-being of everybody through a human-first approach. Keri has experienced a lifetime of discrimination and is now on a mission to help companies that are committed to making a more conscious effort to practice gender awareness and inclusivity. Keri will share their story whilst explaining the importance of pronouns, how to use them correctly and how everyone can be an ally. Check out Keri @keribluebarber
Yasemin Hassan
Yasemin Hassan, currently working as a stylist at Woolf King’s Cross, changed careers at 25 and decided to do an apprenticeship in barbering which then led to hairdressing. Yasemin is currently working on all hair, specifically textured hair and has started doing more session styling. “Currently I’m working on my own curated project called “Talking Textures” which is a community project challenging Eurocentric beauty standard within the SWANA community and how this links with identity which I am looking to exhibit the photos and host a panel around hair identity within my community.” Check out Yasemin’s work @yaseminhassan95
Tanahya Grace
Tanahya, a colour specialist with a passion for cutting, has proudly excelled in UK colour competitions. Tanahya was also a member of The Fellowship Project X 2022 team and contributed to notable shows, including Dreaming Eli and Masha Popova at LFW SS24. She has a love for all things Industry! Charly Brady
Charly Brady is a stylist and colourist working at bebop with 10 years of experience at top London salons. Having begun her career as a specialist in creative colouring, she has since broadened her skills by channelling her artistic sensibility into the realm of haircutting, finding an affinity with razor and free hand cutting techniques that allow her to sculpt dynamic shapes and styles.
