Andrew Barton at Respect LAB

Hats off to hairdressing icon Andrew Barton who closed our Respect LAB launch event on an absolute high. His heartfelt message on the importance of salon-based hairdressing and safeguarding our community for the future, was real and heartwarming. Transforming the event into an open discussion among like-minded friends, it was fascinating to hear Andrew’s journey of highs and lows and how he managed to re-invent himself following different challenges in his career. Amazing to hear about his time at Urban Retreat in Harrods, with its gigantic team of stylists – apparently it wasn’t one phoning in sick a day, more like 22 – and finally how he came to became Creative Director at Headmasters. It really was a fascinating tale, check it out…
