An evening with Headmasters

We joined Headmasters for a fancy awards ceremony to celebrate their stars of 2023. Over 800 people from the Headmasters team, including stylists from 54 different salons, two academies, and the Head Office; came together at London Evolution for an event hosted by the voice of Love Island – Iain Stirling. Recognising and celebrating the achievements of the salon group throughout the year.

About the night

The night started with a spectacular hair show by the Headmasters Artistic Team, led by Creative Ambassadors Clare Hansford and Sian Couldridge. They showcased four different themes to demonstrate how society’s idea of beauty has changed over time, from the Elizabethan era to the present day and even what it might look like in the future…

After the show we enjoyed a delicious dinner, then it was time for the Headmasters Awards. They gave out six image awards and seven business awards to recognise both creativity and business success. The most exciting part of the night was the live raffle, where stylists had a chance to win £10,000 to spend at Selfridges. For every colour appointment they did throughout the year they earned a raffle ticket.

This was also a chance to celebrate team members who have been with Headmasters for 20 years or 10 years. They were recognised for their dedication and loyalty. It was also a celebration for the most successful stylists who made it to the A-List and Honors List this year, making record earnings.

To keep the party going, the teams danced the night away with a DJ and even had some fun on the bumper cars. It was a night to remember and a great way to celebrate the accomplishments of the Headmasters salon group.
