Meet the Schwarzkopf Professional YAT 2019 team: Mitchell Gough

Being a part of a young artistic team is a dream come true for any budding stylist. With shoots, education and events at your finger tips it really allows them to be thrown head first into the exciting world of hairdressing. And now Schwarzkopf have a group of new recruits for the Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team. Meet the only male of the pack, Mitchell Gough.

Meet Mitchell

Mitchell, 22, from Northampton, has been with Hensmans Salons since starting in the hairdressing industry seven years ago. Not only is Mitchell an extremely talented hairdresser, he is also a qualified barber, a VTCT accredited assessor and a Schwarzkopf Professional Colour Master.

In addition to this, Mitchell helped assist at London Fashion Week in 2016 and 2017, has shot his own collection and has assisted at several Schwarzkopf Professional shoots. When asked about which hairdresser he admires most and why, Mitchell said: “Errol Douglas is a huge inspiration of mine. He’s always so humble and does an incredible amount for the hairdressing industry. He’s just so talented.”
