We are excited to shine a spotlight on the talented, Samuel Chapman. A proud owner of his eponymous salon, located on the beautiful coast of Brighton & Hove.
Samuel chose a career in hairdressing as it allows him to blend his creativity with his social personality. He trained with Hensmans and later moved to the Trevor Sorbie group where he became an Art Director.
Samuel was aware of the incredible opportunities open to him as a hairdresser – The Samuel Chapman Salon was then born. Now heading a visionary team of 11 staff, he is still just as passionate about the industry as he was as a trainee.
The Salon
Samuel Chapman Salon opened its doors back in 2016, since then the salon has gone from strength to strength winning several accolades. As well as specializing in colour, they are now experts in hair loss treatments too. The salon’s focus is to provide clients with the pampering experience they truly deserve and allow them to enjoy the ‘me time’ they’ve been craving.
The wellbeing of the team is a big priority, Samuel believes that by creating a supportive salon space where hairdressers can learn, grow and develop their own skills and expertise is paramount to the success of the salon and returning clients.
The Products
Samuel Chapman recently launched his own brand of products. The handpicked product line is natural, ethical and provides high quality results. The range includes wash, rinse and treat products as well as a detangler that promises to simplify and beautify your hair care regime.
What the future holds
Samuel is looking at ways to further increase services to help clients with all types of hair loss and the plans don’t stop there as he’s hoping to open a salon collective within the Brighton area using a freelance business model across hair, beauty & lifestyle services. So, watch this space and remember his name, you’ll certainly be seeing a lot more of it!
