Daniel Couch moves up

Daniel Couch celebrates his new role as artistic director of Russell Eaton, a promotion from his previous position as head of colour. We love to celebrate hard work paying off, so cheers to Daniel, who has worked with Russell Eaton for 11 years. You may know Daniel as a well-respected, award-winning colourist; bring on the colour creativity.

About Daniel Couch

Daniel’s award wins include British Hairdressing Awards North-western Hairdresser of the Year, Wella Trend Vision Gold Colour Award and Leeds Hairdresser of the Year. Daniel is also the leader of the Fellowship’s Project colour. His passion for colour and creativity is clear, and we admire his involvement in education, helping to shape the next generation of hairdressing.

Artistic director means…

In his new role as artistic director, Daniel will work on the creative direction of Russell Eaton. He will work closely with Rusell Eaton stylists to ensure consistency across the brand and help develop their skills. This includes training the team in the latest techniques and equipping them to tackle trends.

Daniel will represent the brand outside the salon at industry events to strengthen its relationships and partnerships, including its new partnership with L’Oreal Professional Product Division.

He has become an integral team member, and I am delighted to announce his promotion to artistic director. Daniel will work closely with my dad and I to further strengthen our brand and its relationships whilst working in the salon to promote creativity and education among our team.”
