Let’s take a moment and raise a glass for hairdressing legend Andrew Barton. Not only has Andrew recently been appointed HBSA’s Wig Industry Ambassador, he was also awarded a Master Professional certificate at the House of Commons for his long-term commitment to the Hairdressing Council.
HBSA Wig Industry Ambassador
As HBSA Wig Industry Ambassador, Andrew will help raise awareness of the outstanding work of UK wig makers and suppliers, many of whom are small businesses delivering essential services to thousands of individuals undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy, alopecia, and other hair loss conditions. With a market worth over £5 million, this sector is built on compassion, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to improving lives.
A Master Professional
Long term supporter and campaigner for the Hairdressing Council, Andrew Barton, was awarded with a Master Professional certificate for his commitment and dedication. “For over two decades I have lent my voice to the Hair Council to push this cause forward and to shout loudly about what we need, and that is mandatory registration in this industry. Thak you very much, this means the world to me,” he said.
Well done Andrew!
