Mior

Mior is a collection by Massimo Verrengia created with inspiration from the Christian Dior catwalk book. Each look is sophisticated and poised. Although the collection remains reminiscent of the traditional Dior aesthetic, it has contemporary elements to suit the modern woman. This is a prime example of what comes from looking back at history, art and fashion and how this opens many doors of inspiration.

Inspiration

Massimo says, “I love fashion, so studying the collection book and seeing the creative hair on the catwalk models was fascinating. I selected 6 hairstyles from the 60’s to the most recent show in the book.

“I started visualising what I would like to create for my collection, showing off the shapes and colours. I created new techniques of colouring that would suit the style, keeping everything modern. I wanted to create something different to inspire hairdressers in the future to love art and fashion. I want them to show this love in their creativity.”
