EP60 – Danilo Giangreco & Andrew Jose share their Lockdown experiences

Aurore Caboche Podcast, The Blog

Danilo Giangreco and Andrew Jose are independent salon owners each with premises in central London. Friendly and open, they chat with Respectfully editors Nicky Pope and Lauren Stone, to share their experiences of Lockdown and how to keep staff motivated and engaged. Despite suffering hugely as clients stay away from city centre locations, the men have been successful at keeping in touch with their hairdressers, and even managed to work on photo shoots and at live events, as well as training. It’s an interesting conversation to listen in.
