Vagaro’s generative AI tool takes the guessing game out of things like writing bios, cancellation policies, service descriptions, and much more to give you back more of your valuable time. Now when you come to a field that requires a blurb of text in Vagaro, you’ll see the following icon:
You’ll have a couple of options at this point. You can either:
A: Leave the text field blank and let Vagaro AI generate something for you (available in certain text fields) or…
B: Type in a quick description, like “My name is Zach. I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years. I specialize in group classes and training” of which Vagaro AI can provide a more polished version.
Want a real example? We plugged the previous statement into Vagaro AI and this is how it enhanced it:

“Zach is an 8-year experienced personal trainer who specializes in group classes and tailored workouts. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and a supportive environment. Pretty convenient, right? It doesn’t stop there, though. While generating something using Vagaro AI, you can choose from eight different tones and five different length options. If you think the AI-generated text needs a bit of tweaking, you can use the Regenerate option to create an alternate variation of the provided text. Once you’re happy with what you’ve got, just click or tap Use this Text, and you’ll have successfully used Vagaro AI!
