On June 12 more than 50 salon and business owners gathered at Lacey’s Hair and Beauty HQ for the Unite Paramount Business course with Andrew Dale, founder and CEO. Attendees were ready to work with Dale and gain knowledge and understanding of cutting-edge strategies, skill development, recruitment and retention of staff. We hear Dale also covered the big taboo… raising prices and the question of how to choose the right price. During the day-long-course, the attendees had many opportunities to network with like-minded people from hairdressing.
