The GLammies Finalists are Revealed

Great Lengths have revealed a full list of finalists for the 2021 GLammies – an award ceremony which recognises the most talented hair extensionists across the UK and Northern Ireland.

The event itself will take place in London on 7th February, plus we heard Great Lengths are going big this year, as they celebrate the 10th anniversary of the GLammies. As well as the usual six specialist categories, this year we’ve seen the launch of regional categories which recognises entries that have used Great Lengths in their business to build a strong reputation, a loyal client base and an outstanding body of work.

THAT’S NOT ALL, Great Lengths have also introduced a category this GLammies to recognise the work that salons can do with The Little Princess Trust.  The Most Charitable Salon Award will go to the salon which has donated the most removals of Great Lengths hair extensions – fantastic!

The Great Lengths Trophy for Extension Excellence is the one everyone is fighting for. The trophy will be awarded to a stylist that demonstrates a palpable passion for extensions, evident in both their business results and creative expression. The lucky winner this GLammies will be invited to participate in the ultimate photoshoot experience, working with Great Lengths’ Education and Creative Team to choose a concept, before bringing it to life with an all-expenses-paid photoshoot with a professional make-up artist, stylist and photographer. The finished images will be used across the trade press and for digital and social media, providing a priceless opportunity for the winner to grow their profile.

In addition to their glitz and GLam trophy, all sixteen winners will receive tickets for a tour of the Great Lengths production factory in Rome, with two nights five star accommodation, meals and internal transfers for two people. The prize package also includes social media coverage and PR opportunities across both trade and local press, ensuring salons and stylists can publicise their recognition as the best in the industry.
