Back in 2020, you may have heard of Davines Talent Green House, an international creative education program and competition built for nurturing and supporting young talents of the industry. The aim was to raise industry standards, help hairdressers’ digital skills, increase accessibility to knowledge and provide new opportunities using new technologies and online. Participants from all over the world took part in challenges and tasks and they were coached in their learning journey by a team of mentors, Davines hairstylists and qualified trainers.
Well, after its huge success, the program has now made an exciting comeback in the form of a second edition. Only this time it’s even
more interactive, engaging and transparent. It’s the perfect combination of a competition and mentorship program that is open to everyone. And what’s more, there’s no pressure to spend money on stylists, high-end photographers, fancy sets or retouching expenses to enter. All you need is an Instagram account and lots and lots of talent. Easy peasy.
Whoever you are, wherever you live, whatever language you speak, expect six months of non-stop access to the industry’s finest leaders, inspirational lecturers, great mentors and an incredible collaborative community. You could even be taken on stage of the next World Wide Hair Tour and perform with their own show.
