Tell us about you and your hairdressing career

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 40 years and working with Steve for five years. Within those years I’ve come across different brands who target hair loss and shedding – I used these a lot whilst working with Errol Douglas in London.

How did you discover Roots Professional?

I first heard about the product when Steve spoke about trialling it on a couple of his clients and himself.

Are clients seeing results?

Steve and his clients have all seen improvements in their hair thickness with new hair growing through.

How are staff enjoying the products?

The product is still really new in the salon we are learning and talking about it a lot with clients in both our Ampthill and Luton salons.

What is your favourite Roots product and why?

I have purchased D-stress which I’m currently using. I wanted to try this mainly as a precaution; I broke my shoulder six months ago and stress takes around six months to come out into your system.
