Schwarzkopf Professional welcomes Lisa Farrall

Lisa Farrall

Lisa Farrall, session stylist and owner of Wig London joins the Schwarzkopf Creative Collective as a global brand ambassador. With an impressive career spanning over twenty-two years, Lisa has worked with some of the biggest stars in the world, crafting iconic looks in session and working alongside side legendary stars for their music videos, including Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Harry Styles and Kendrick Lamar to name a few. Lisa is also an expert in working with textured and curly hair types. The Schwarzkopf Creative Collective

The Schwarzkopf Creative Collective, a new concept for the brand, connects global hairdressing names, beauty aficionados, musicians, artists and DJs to work across both Schwarzkopf and Schwarzkopf Pro. The idea is that those on board with the collective will speak directly to the professional hairdressing and consumer audiences. Also making up the Creative Collective are Tyler Johnston, Lesley Jennison and Nick Irwin.

Simon Ellis

Simon Ellis, corporate vice president and international creative director – Schwarzkopf Masterbrand, says: “It is essential for brands to engage with the cultural tapestry, harmonizing voices across fashion, hair, beauty, and music marks an enthralling new era.”

Lisa Farrall knows her stuff

It’s safe to say Lisa knows her stuff, as a winner of multiple hairdressing awards. Titles include Black Beauty/ Sensational Hair Awards Weave Stylist of the Year, BTC Global Editorial Image Winner, Fellowship Session Stylist, as well as being named Creative Head’s Most Wanted Texture Expert for three consecutive years. She’s also a finalist in Tribu-te’s The One for Afro (winners announced next week, fingers crossed Lisa). There’s more… Lisa has also been featured in and hosted several TV shows (The Big Blow Out and Steph’s Packed Lunch). We love that Lisa uses her platform to promote greater representation of all humans, all hair types, all ages and every unique body in her hair and beauty campaigns globally.

Lisa says: “Representation matters and it’s our responsibility to use our platform for inclusion and diversity. If you talk the talk and walk the walk, you can walk and talk at the same time. Promoting change and sharing knowledge is what creates lasting change. It’s time to be texture-neutral and gender-neutral. It’s time for hair equality.”
