Revlon Metallics Satinescent

Revlonissimo: Satinescent

Natasha Revlon: read all about it

Revlonissimo SatinescentWe’re obsessing over Revlon’s Revlonissimo Satinescent – a reflective hair colour range delivering metallics with a satin finish that’s set to wow your clients.
Satinescent’s six shades are: Midnight Blue, Khaki Bronze, Deep Pearl, Antique Rose, Mauve Glacé and Smoky Silver. We’re told the range is inspired by the runway, where brands such as Chanel and Versace decked their models out in high-shine metallics this season. Aside from the runway, the shades are based and named after minerals and gems. Here’s our top three ways to use the range:

Revlon Metallics Satinescent

  • Highlights: Update your clients highlights by blending the metallics using bronze, silver or rose gold shades. There’s a shade for each colour: Smoky Silver to dial up cool tones; Antique Rose to warm up
blondes and redheads; and Khaki Bronze for the brunettes.
  • Balayage: Add a metallic wash to your balayage for a multi tone finish that looks almost holographic especially in mauve and violet tones. Add Deep Pearl to create a ‘surfer-girl’ colour for the perfect beachy wave look this summer.
  • Melt: Freshen up in-demand silver hair with Midnight Blue and Antique Rose from root to tip. The results of dark roots will be a stunning colour contrast.
