This team of experts help Revlon’s aim is to shape the future of hairdressing by offering bespoke education to hair pros.

Mark Leeson, Revlon Professional global artistic ambassador, co-owner of Mark Leeson Salons: Multi-awarded Mark is renowned for producing beautiful and striking collections and has a reputation for possessing the finest finishing skills in the industry. As a global educator and platform artist Mark’s dedication to education is paramount and he works diligently at sharing his knowledge, ideas and skills to ensure British hairdressing upholds the reputation it deserves. Mark is in constant demand with hairdressing audiences across the globe.

Paul Falltrick, Revlon Professional artistic ambassador, co-owner of GFC Hairdressing: Known as a master of his craft, Paul is dedicated to passing on his passion for cutting to global audiences. With a career spanning over 30 years Paul is renowned for the finest cutting skills in the industry as well as working with some of the biggest names in fashion and hairdressing. Paul’s dedication to education is paramount and he continues to teach literally thousands of hairdressers in the UK and internationally as well as working with numerous celebrities and influencers, while maintaining a busy salon column.

Steve Rowbottom and Marc Westerman Revlon Professional national artistic ambassadors, co-directors of Westrow group: Since establishing the award-winning Westrow hairdressing group in 1987 Steve and Marc have taken the brand from strength to strength and currently have eight salons across Yorkshire with a 5,000 sq. ft. educational Academy in the heart of Leeds. Scooping more than 22 high profile industry, national and local awards over the last 32 years in business, Steve and Marc were also crowned Business Director of the Year at the 2012 and 2017 British Hairdressing Business Awards.

Michelle Griffin, Revlon Professional ambassador, CEO of Griffins and Loxbox: Michelle is an award winning hair extension specialist and international educator, offering bespoke training and education across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the UAE. Winning awards such as ‘Best Extensionist’ hair magazine and ‘Colour salon of the year’ Salon Business. A qualified lecturer and internal verifier Michelle has developed her education platform and her own luxury hair extension brand called Loxbox. As an ambassador for Revlon Professional she runs a range of bespoke courses passing on her knowledge and extensions expertise.

Robert Masciave, Revlon Professional ambassador, owner of Metropolis Salon: From international stage work to being featured in major UK and international titles including Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Elle and Vogue, Robert is in constant demand. You will find him showcasing his trademark style of intricate cutting skills and astounding avant-garde work at some of the biggest hairdressing shows in the world including London Fashion Week, Salon International, the International Beauty Show in Paris and Dallas as well the Alternative Hair Show at the Royal Albert Hall.

Steven Smart, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, owner of SMART:EST 73: Multi- award winning, Steven is known for his technical precision and creative expertise which led to decades of competition success including IHA 2019 Women’s Collection winner, 2018 BHA South West Winner, 2018 & 2016 #Oneshot Hair Colour Of The Year. World Hairdressing Champion, Steven is only the second Briton ever to win this ultimate accolade. He is also twice European Champion, and was the British Champion seven times making him one of the most prolific British competition hairdressers ever. As Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador he is responsible for delivering education across the globe.

Thomas Hills, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, owner of THI: Since the age of 13 Thomas has had a passion for hairdressing and in 2004 he opened his own salon THI in Oxted. Thomas is dedicated to passing on this passion and has built a strong artistic team who regularly works for London Fashion Week as well as on stage at some of the industry’s biggest hair shows. As an ambassador for Revlon Professional, Thomas is on the elite artistic team and designs bespoke courses which see him teaching around the globe.

Marcus King, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, co-founder of The King & I: Having been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years Marcus has worked with some of the biggest names in hairdressing. He continually pushes colour boundaries and his flair this has taken him around the world with Revlon Professional. Multi award winning, Marcus has been named North Eastern Hairdresser of the Year, Men’s British Hairdresser of the Year.

Shaun Hall, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, manager at Mark Leeson, Chesterfield: Shaun is a creative powerhouse, known internationally for his beautiful photographic work and his skills as an educator, often presenting to huge audiences under the Revlon Professional mantle. Shaun is passionate about sharing his skills and considers education as paramount to any hairdressers’ growth.

Terri Kay, Revlon Professional national artistic Ambassador, manager at Mark Leeson, Mansfield: A world-renowned hairstylist with an array of award wins to her name. Terri has been the recipient of twelve British Hairdressing Awards, both individually and as part of the Mark Leeson Artistic Team. Terri has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of hairdressing with over 36 years in the craft. She is passionate about sharing  creativity through education and her attention to detail is exemplary.

Joseph Ianson, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, assistant manager at Mark Leeson: Joseph has a keen eye for celebrity and fashion influences and is always on top of the latest trends and techniques. A key member of the Mark Leeson Artistic team, Joseph represents the brand around the globe in shows and seminars. He loves sharing his knowledge and techniques and brings a fresh approach to learning.

Lisa Graham, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, assistant manager at Mark Leeson: Lisa began hairdressing in 1989 as one of Mark’s junior assistants and is now an award-winning Stylist and educator. Highly creative and a key member of the Mark Leeson Artistic Team, Lisa is an ambassador for Revlon Professional and travels the UK and Ireland sharing her expertise and knowledge.

Andrea Giles, Revlon Professional national artistic ambassador, assistant manager and art director for Mark Leeson: Andrea has won the title Men’s Hairdresser of the Year three times at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards and has now been inducted into the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame. Andrea loves sharing her wealth of knowledge and creative talents and is also a qualified hairdressing teacher and assessor and runs the Mark Leeson apprenticeship programs.

Paul Meekin, Revlon Professional artistic ambassador, creative director of Paul Meekin Hair, Belfast: For more than 35 years Paul has bought passion, flair and creativity to every style he creates and has worked his way up to become one of Belfast’s best-known stylists. He has an enviable client list that includes many celebrities. With Paul’s extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of hairdressing and having worked with a lot of the major brands in the hairdressing industry he is a proud ambassador for Revlon Professional in the UK and Ireland.
