Q&A with Vagaro CEO Fred Helou

If you haven’t heard of Vagaro, you must have been living under a rock. This all-in-one salon software company has been taking the UK by storm in recent years. And is it any wonder given dynamic CEO Fred Helou is at the helm? Here we caught up with Fred to quiz him on his steps to success.

Question time

What advice would you give you younger self?

Keeping dreaming because most of your dreams come true!

How did you develop your grit?

I think grit is something you grow into. It’s not something you really develop, but my life experience, from living in a civil war in Lebanon, to leaving at a young age to come to the US and losing all my money on the way here. All these life experiences give you no option but to handle these situations and by you being forced to handle these situations you begin to develop grit whenever something similar happens. You’ve been there, you just have to keep your head straight and keep fighting through.

Contact us, we’d love to hear from you
