About Andrew Dale
Andrew Dale, founder & CEO of Unite Hair, is flying in from the US to teach his two ‘must-take’ courses. Dale is the founder of two multi-million dollar businesses and has more than 44 years of industry experience. As a past owner of five salons with 120+ hairdressers working with him, Dale understands what salons go through on a daily basis. Dale also understands the challenges of the current business climate. Background
Dale began as an apprentice with Vidal Sassoon at age 16, became a stylist by 18, and was doing session work with Vidal by his 20th birthday. Soon after, he was asked to relocate to the US working in New York and Beverly Hills. Dale progressed to open his own five salons in Los Angeles and San Diego. After taking a short time away from the educational arena, Dale created Unite ‘Uniting hairdressers together to make the industry a better place’.
