Pall Mall Barbers partners with Fresha

The old meets the new with the announcement that Pall Mall Barbers, one of London’s oldest barbershops, will now operate on Fresha’s booking platform. With eight London locations, Pall Mall Barbers also has a flagship premises at Rockefeller Centre on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The collaboration with salon management and booking platform Fresha will help them integrate a seamless, tech-based experience into their services. That’s got to lessen the admin-load and sharpen up the market visibility!

The new partnership will provide:

  • An all-in-one platform for seamless online appointment booking and management
  • Secure card payment processing
  • Customer relationship management
  • The easy-to-use interface and integrated marketing, staffing, inventory, and accounting automation will help keep the brand growing

Pall Mall Barbers in the past

Interesting bit of history here: In 2005, Richard renamed and modernised Pall Mall Barbers, but its roots go back to 1896. While redecorating after buying his first space, Richard discovered a business card with the heading ‘Pall Mall Toilet Saloon’ dated 1910. This indicates the space housed a barbering business for almost a hundred years before Richard changed the name and took it into the modern world.

Now the brand is a multi-award-winning, global barbershop. You can book appointments on Fresha marketplace or by downloading the Fresha app on the App Store or Google Play.
